The lack of killer instinct comes from the head. I am so sick of hearing about this "prevent defense". Yeah, it almost prevented a win. Item 2 - wasn't the first penalty just a touch more serious? Good grief, grabbing the face mask it a lot more dangerous than slinging the ball in frustration, don't you think? Item 1 – so coaching IS the problem!
